@coxcomm @coxhelp You are petty... I will gladly revise the review as time goes on but today you get 2 stars... 1 star is for answering the phone and the other star is for actually showing up and sending a great technician to the property. I only have this service because they have a monopoly on this community. 5 stars became 4 when I noticed my Internet was down. After an hour of trouble shooting I call over there so they could test this on their end and then they told me that they deactivated my service because of an illegal download "I" made the day prior, which Fox notified them of. Keep in mind that I just took possession of the place and have not yet moved in through I did test the internet on various devices. They in insisted that someone must has my super long password if it was not me.... They lose a star because they will not notify me of an issue unless I have an email with cox.net, despite that fact that I set up the account with my preferred address. I bet they will use my preferred email if I don't pay them... So I am just supposed to call in speculatively when there is a definitive reason, though a bad one, that I am having a connection issue? But they lose 2 stars for this fuckery here... I say, "OK Latisha, regardless of what you guys are saying is going on, how do I get this service back up and running (I have business to handle)"... She says, "You just have to promise that if you see it, you will remove it"... I though that was rhetorical.... No, they wanted me pinky swear to Fox corporation that I will take on the burden of policing their intellectual property..????????.. (Insert Nick Young Meme HERE)
