I had my yearly check up here yesterday. I had been going somewhere else that I really liked, but I had an insurance change, so I made an appointment with Valley based on Yelp reviews, and now I'm happy to be writing a positive review of my own! The office was comfortable and welcoming. I had great experiences with the front desk, medical assistants, and the doctor. They were very thorough and explained things very well. Unfortunately, when I went to my car after the appointment, I had a flat tire. The receptionists were very helpful while I was trying to get it taken care of, and they didn't mind my sitting in their waiting room for an hour while I waited on roadside assistance to arrive.
