I would highly recommend any one with disabilities to stay away from this company. My 21 year old daughter who suffers from depression and anxiety was bullied, humiliated and made fun of by an employee of American Airlines when she went to check in her baggage. This same employee followed my daughter up to the gate and made more rude comments and laughed at my daughter while she was crying. When I tried to contact the company and asked for a supervisor, I was told by the employee who could barely speak English, "No, I will not let you speak to a supervisor." The clerk said this 3 times to me before I got her name and badge #. I only hope that American Airlines sees this and contacts me before I get a lawyer involved. Our family has traveled the world, flies 4 to 5 times a year, flies all of the airlines and has never been treated like this. We will never use American Airlines again!
