I flew to Phoenix from Detroit to get my brows done with Marie. The experience was awful. As the owner of a medi-spa, I expected Marie to be more pro-active with disappointed clients. My brows are two totally different shapes, and the right line is far above my actual brow line, not to mention very gray. I asked for her to see me, and she couldn't seem to arrange it. I requested a refund and was told too bad! I bled terrible and experienced A LOT of pain during the procedure. I actually prayed that they scabbed and the ink fell off... No such luck. Two moths after, I have to ave them completely redone. The professional fixing them was shocked at the poor job Marie did, and said she couldn't believe Marie was OK with not returning my funds. In this case I really wish it wasn't permanent. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
