Spotty customer service. I called them Saturday morning to ask about the difference between a Macbook air and pro and the person...Yari(?) was very friendly, patient, and helpful.
I went there in the evening and all their employees APPEAR busy. All you really have to do is hail one down if you need service because most were talking to each other. One man with a cap walked by and I called him over and he was helpful for answering some simple questions. I then asked a girl who was standing at the front for help. I think she was tagteaming a sale because her coworker was beside her and she was open to answering questions, but didn't move much. Then this one guy....I hailed him down to ask a question about setups and he was incredibly condescending. I went to the girl at the front to ask for the product. I found out that they had no cashiers and the person who helps you basically cashes you out.
We went to the bar to wait for help in setting up...we sat there for maybe 15 minutes. Guys, if you know simple english and can follow instructions, you really don't need to set it up right there. We sat there waiting for assistance from an employee named Nora, but she was helping someone else, so there was already a queue of 4 people ahead of us. She was patient and friendly though. We ended up setting it up ourselves and were on our merry way.
