Just awful. Went in to print twenty two page resumes. Was treated hostilely and like a child by the staff. I asked for 40 sheets of resume paper. She gave me 17 (not even half?) and took me to the multifunction copier, hastily gave me directions, speaking down to me while she did, scoffed and marched away. Printed my resumes, mostly on the wrong paper. And the toner on the printer was out, so the resumes looked awful. Because she was so rude, I didn't go back and ask her to put in new toner, nor did I ask for my money back. This is the worst business I have experienced in Madison-- which sucks because in other cities I have been able to count on FedEx for these and other services very reliably.
