This star is meant to be a negative one: I called them and inquired about their "$ 64 to unclog any blocked drain" offer which I saw on one of their vans.
The lady who answered the phone confirmed "It is $ 64 and that includes a free camera inspection" No "if...", no "as low as $ 64" and no $ 64 under certain conditions.
Actually it turned out to be a bait and switch advertisement. We ended up paying
$ 150 to clear the kitchen sink drain. This drain was not completely blocked, we had already poured some boiling water into the drain and could have probably cleared it completely ourselves. This was not a difficult case, just some grease in the pipe. No problem at the other sinks or toilets. More than twice as much than advertised for a simple drain cleaning job.
