I bought a set of tires with road hazard protection in Washington state. I ended up with a flat on the west side of town and found this store on the Internet a couple of blocks away. I removed my tire and headed on over.
I received a very friendly greeting by not one, but two, techs when I walked in and was offered a cold bottle of water on one of the hottest days of the year. The tech showed and explained to me the damage to my tire and explained that I needed to get a new one, which the road hazard covered.
I was cashed out by the store manager, who was also awesomely friendly. The entire team made what was a crappy situation for me completely positive and I appreciate them very much.
