Appointments mean absolutely nothing at Fletchers. Made one through their website three days prior to bringing it in... only to discover it was never reserved by the people running the shop. Set ANOTHER appointment for the following Saturday at noon for an oil change and was there at 11:50. It took them until 1:30pm to finish an oil change. If you came here because of Groupon, I hope you can get a refund. What you save on the cost of the service is only worth it if you think your time's worth nothing... and I hope you're aware that you'll STILL pay about $5.50 for oil disposal and taxes, which aren't included with your Groupon. I also got to deal with surly employees that clearly hated seeing new people walk in the door, and listen to them argue with a woman they baited and switched on new tires. Super shady stuff happening here. Avoid.
