I brought my Nexus 7 to the South Hills location with a cracked screen. After a longish wait, due to them already waiting on one customer, and giving them the full range of options despite being badgered over the costs, they look my Nexus and looked it over and told me that the glass and display unit were indeed broken, and quoted me a price of $120 total, $80 for the display unit and $40 for labor. I did a bit of research online, and their prices are reasonable, although I wound up opting for just replacing the unit entirely as I was able to do so for only $20 or so more after rebate. My impression of them was good. Based on what they had advertised at the store, I think they're largely an iPhone repair place; anything involving other products required ordering in parts.
