NW has little-to-no interest in doing their job well. You have to constantly remind them of what needs to be done and you get ZERO updates from them. It took them weeks to do what I ended up accomplishing in one day. Repairs took months to do. They have no sense of urgency... ever... and zero remorse when they screw up. They collected the rent on the first of the month, but I would have to wait 10-days to receive my money. They even helped themselves to the late fees. I finally fired them almost two months ago and they just returned my reserve money. When confronted, they deny any wrongdoing. Even the tenants despised them.
