What complete horrible service this morning. My husband & I came in to order coffee and decided we'd also like 2 sandwiches: a bacon gouda and try the new chicken sausage bacon biscuit. We were VERY clear about the breakfast sandwiches. We made a comment about the new sign even. Usually I get a receipt, but today I did not. After waiting for our drinks, we received them and one Gouda sandwich. Waited for the chicken biscuit sandwich and it never came. When I asked about it, the girl at the drink counter checked the order on her iPad, and said it was never rung up in our order. She yelled over to the blonde girl who rang up our order and she said "I never heard chicken biscuit sandwich". The girl at the drink bar said we'd have to wait in line again and pay for it. REALLY?!?! NO. We just decided it wasn't worth it and to share the small Gouda sandwich I had got. As new as this Starbucks location is, the service here beyond bad. It's a big inconvenience to customers when you don't pay attention and get their order wrong and tell them oh well, get back in line! Simply rude and clearly cannot get a basic order right. Horrible & wont be back.
