I Moved in Skeptical because it was an new property...new properties usually have hiccups. I've lived here for 7 months. This is the best spot to live by far! I've lived at other places in the area that claim to be luxury. Stetson is the only one that I've been to that truly is luxury living in the heart of Old Town. My place is right on the corner above the clubs. I have never had an issue with noise. That by the way was one of my biggest concerns. The staff has been nothing short of phenomenal. My leasing agent Nisa has followed up with me monthly to see how things were going. The Property Manager Leah is awesome as well! My only complaint is that I can't purchase this Unit. You truly can't go wrong here. Don't listen to the small minded people complaining about the little things. Bless their hearts! Stetson is the only place I would and will live in Old Town Scottsdale!
