I too was ripped off by this company. Same scenario, no pickup on my return trip to the airport! I am convinced that it is part of their scam. I don't believe that they really do pickups at hotels, but only drop offs from the airport. Myself, and a few others not in my party were left hanging on the curb for a couple of hours. We got the same run around as everyone else, "on it's way, traffic", or " you missed it". Didn't miss it, it never came... Important: Always call the concierge desk of your hotel and ask them who their preferred shuttle provider is and use them. If i had done that, i would never of missed my flight and been ripped off by this company. No stars: This company fails and is a complete fraud. The drivers that i encountered that were dropping off at the hotel were rude and couldn't provide any help. They didn't care. Like i said before, i wouldn't be surprised if this company has been running this scam for years. Yelp wouldn't let me post this unless i marked one star. they don't deserve it. the owners deserve to go to jail for fraud!
