I changed my truck insurance and they received a cancellation notice from my insurance dated on 8/12/17 and it was set to cancel on 9/17/17. So they claimed I didn't have insurance from 8/12-9/17 The letter clearly states 9/17. It's now December 6th and still trying to get this fixed. Been in 2 different branches and spoke and faxed letter numerous times. Gigantic pain in the butt. I will never use them again.
