Unfortunately ... I have to agree with many reviews . I frequent this location and despite some well- meaning peeps it is truly the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Long slow lines both inside and outside. And that's just to order. Then the long wait for Order begins. Lots of chaos behind the counter. Orders lost or confused Though I love the proximity I literally go elsewhere because I know the experience is going to be brutal. May need an overall or retraining of team.
