TERRIBLE experience. Arrived at 5:35 on a Sunday, needed just a quick fingernail polish, no manicure or pedicure. There were THREE techs doing absolutely nothing, one nice lady said "absolutely" and offered to even paint my toes even though I only needed my fingers done. Her boss yelled at her and told her no that there wasn't time even though there was plenty of time and two other women who had just started manicures. My toes were done at 5:50, but the hostess still refused to let the tech paint my fingernails. They also refused to paint my 5 year old daughter's toes in that half hour (which would have taken all of two minutes). AND, they stayed open until 6:15 for another customer anyway. We stood waiting outside for my husband for 20 minutes while they were still open for another customer. We could have been in and out by 6:00 with both done and my daughter's - I was so offended I will NOT be going back.
