I have been going to this office for a few years now and I always liked Dr. Dalley. I liked her so much that even though I moved to Henderson I still made the appointment with her up in summerlin. This morning I had an 8:00 am appointment and I had told the staff that I needed to be out of the office by 8:30 so I could see my own patients in Henderson at 9:00. I stated this when I made the appointment and when I got there in the morning. They informed me that they didn't know when Dr Dalley was going to be there and that she could be anywhere from 15-30 mins late. I told them this wouldn't work so they moved me to the nurses schedule. After sitting there until 9:00 I finally had to leave without an exam. This made me late for my own patients. I don't know about Dr. Dalley but I value my patients schedule and she not only messed up my schedule but all of my patients' schedule as well.
