I called them to come fix a non-functioning garage door opener. The tech arrives(he was pretty young - maybe 18 years old) and was fumbling around with the opener and garage door(didn't seem to know what he was doing). He couldn't get the garage door manually opened, and was basically hanging on the door trying to get it open. That's when I heard a big snap (the torsion spring system gave out) and the garage door slammed shut. Then he goes to his car to call his boss for like 15 minutes. He comes back trying to make it seem like it was broken before he got here saying that the garage door was broken because the spring system was broken which he just had broke!!!! that's when I lost it. After 15 minutes of arguing I just wanted my garage door fixed, so I calmed down a bit and said that I had a new opener for him to replace it with, and he refused to replace my opener unless I bought one from his company (which started at $415!!!!). This company is the worse company I have dealt with in years. I would avoid this company if at all possible. I hope this review helps others avoid the experience I had.
