The guys who work there are probably indentured servants, but still, they are EXTRA HUFFY for a bunch of grown white men with jobs. They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you the time of day after you sat and waited for 45 minutes. (The "appointments" and "queue" are 100% meaningless.) Most will not look you in the eye. Then they each give you a completely different story, much like when you call Sprint's customer service. Does anyone at this company know what's actually going on? I went in 3 weeks ago needing a repair on my phone's charging port. I've been paying about $10/month for a year to have full equipment protection on my $750 phone. But they "can't" fix my battery port, because therE is a 1" crack in the corner of the screen. So they want to charge me $100 to fix the screen, but then they don't fix the charging port. Four visits, at least 3 hrs of sitting around their store, 1 week without my phone....and they didn't fix the thing that I came in for. ALSO THE MANAGER TOLD ME A BOLD FACE LIE THAT CAUSED ME TO CANCEL MY INSURANCE ON THE PHONE BEFORE THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETE, so now I'm completely up a creek.
