I dreaded selling my house but the time had come. I didn't want real estate agents telling me what I needed to do to sell my home or want people parading through my house all the time. I heard a commercial for Opendoor but it sounded to good to be true. I filled out my info with them on line and received an estimate very quickly. I called them to clear up a few details about the home and was given a very fair bid. They still needed to do a home inspection and this is where I thought they might play games and try and gouge me. I must say I was pleasantly surprised as no games were played everything they said they would do they did and all at my leisure. I was able to pick my close date which gave me ample time to have garage sales, get my head right with the move as I find moving extremely stressful and just get all my things in order. Guy was my contact at Opendoor and I will say of my 56yrs on earth this was by far the most professional and transparent company I have ever done business with. I would recommend them HIGHLY. The final walk through went smoothly and I had my funds later that same afternoon. I could not be happier with Opendoor.
