Koby is amazing!
The deadbolt on my front door randomly quit working one Saturday morning, meaning I could no longer lock the door. I needed someone to pretty much drop everything and come replace my deadbolt.
I called Silver Eagle and spoke to Koby. He asked me to text him a picture of my deadbolt. I did, and he called me back right away with an estimate. The price was excellent, and he was at my house within an hour or so to complete the job. He showed up in a Silver Eagle uniform, with his NV Sheriff's Card clearly visible (an absolute must for locksmiths!!). While he was there, he added a more secure metal strip to my doorframe. He didn't try to upsell me or tack on any additional costs. He finished the job very quickly.
While he was working, we were chatting about recent break-ins in the neighborhood, and he mentioned the Ring doorbell, a wireless doorbell with camera and supporting phone app. Coincidentally, I had just purchased a Ring the week before, but had not installed it yet. He quoted me a fantastic price for installation, so I had him come back the following Monday for the install. I was so happy with his work that I referred him to my friend, and he went straight to her house after mine and installed a Ring for her as well.
