This has been the worst experience of my life! Even my divorce wasn't this painful. I was promised a kitchen remodel in approximately 4 weeks. I know these jobs usually run a little long BUT it's been 6 weeks and I have absolutely no kitchen. Nothing, but flooring and that took 5 weeks. Seriously, I set up a few folding tables and a microwave to use as a faux kitchen. I was promised every day that work was going to be done only to find out that no one was even entering my home. After threatening legal action I was notified by James the "project manager" (and I use that term loosely) at the end of week 5 that MC Mojave had closed their doors! No apology, nothing!! All he had to say was HE was out of a job!! Now I'm having to deal with the NV Contractors Board to try to get some kind of resolution. I know they're out of business but I do see that they're website is still accepting new client quotes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MC MOJAVE CONSTRUCTION!! Update: just found out they're still in business! Be careful! They may be under another name now. Don't deal with James Symsek or the owner Chuck!
