My wife and I purchased an American West home in 2004, its been one of the best decisions we have made. Great price, the location is perfect and its been a super low maintenance home. Anytime we've dealt with American West (sales, production or warranty), they have always been extremely helpful with whatever the issue at hand is. We really like the fact American West is not a huge corporate machine that's just out to take your money and build you a cookie cutter style home (which I've purchased from builders like this). This company has more of a family feel to it...
