Unfortunately this is the second time this florist has disappointed me. I went to their store to order a very special arrangement of all white roses in a purple vase for my mother,they sent a red vase full of red roses that looked like something left over from Valentine's Day . I had used this florist a few times before and had great results ,so I called and they did replace it with something close to what I had ordered. Sent an Easter arrangement this week,very poor quality flowers. All of the roses were wilted with brown edges appearing nearly dead. Called,they offered to replace it and send a free teddy bear. Not sure why they thought adding a stuffed animal for a grown adult would make up for such poor quality flowers . The replacement basket is much smaller with only a few roses and mostly just "filler" crap. Very very disappointed. Will not use this florist again nor will I recommend them.
