Been wanting to try out the new place since I saw the building going up ! Super excited about it ! Used to dine at Nora's small place all the time . Friend from work and I decided to go this past Thursday night at 8 pm. The place was packed . We went on a wait and decided to take seats at bar when they opened up . I'm not a crazy yelper so I will just share my honest opinion ...We work at a small Italian restaurant on the Strip but we love Nora's and we couldn't wait to try the food, as he's never eaten here. Food was awesome . We shared a white pizza , mussels , truffle fries and bruschetta appetizer . Food was on point , hot , fresh and the bill was only $46 . Pasta will be next time as we will return !!! We had such a good time, we sat at the bar and laughed, talked, watched the game,watched the hustle and bustle of the night... only low point was the younger male bartender . Rudest service I have had in a very long time. Never once said hi to us when we sat down . We had to ask for menus , ask to order , sat with piles of dirty dishes at the end is our meals , he asked me to move my purse so I would not hit his shaker cups, just plain nasty. Have us dirty looks all night . I mean we were dresses nice, we are polite , we work in the business , 20+ years for me and 35 + for my friend , we didn't ask for anything but menus and to order. The 2 female bartenders were busting their butts back there. When we first walked in to hostess desk , we put out name on the list and went to bar to get a drink, the dark hair bartender , young was super sweet and made one kick butt martini, probably one of the best I have ever had . Me and my friend actually talked about it for 2 days! It was perfectly crafted . So all and all , the experience was awesome , I will be back and I'm super excited about Nora's but thought the bartender should be aware that he should be a little nicer to his guests . I mean I know we can all have a bad day but it was almost uncomfortable sitting there at the bar for some reason with him . Anyways Nora's you guys ROCK!!!!$
