I contacted this company 8 times via phone over the 3 days without a call back, and many times over email and Facebook. They are not prompted to respond.
You MUST try and reserve and get into contact with them ahead of time. I had a group of 10 people going on their Tour, and scheduling was a nightmare!! Calling them doesn't work, and the team in charge of emailing was not prompt either. They were also not great about giving the full detailed information or answering all of my listed out, bulleted questions.
That being said, the tour itself was a blast. The meeting location is a great hangout beforehand. The bar even let us keep our drinks for the tour in their freezer room. Our tour guide was a hoot, and the girls I was taking with me on this trip were pleased with the experience.
Summary: plan ahead of time, but it is worth it!
