I got a working car and that's probably the full extent of what you want from a place, right? My car smelled of pretty bad BO... could've been the previous renter or could be whoever gets the car ready for the next driver. It was freezing outside and the smell was so bad, I had the windows down. My mom and I were there together since we are on the insurance together. The car was for me and just because the girl behind the counter found it easier, she put it under my moms name. And even when we came around to check the car out for any previous damage, all she did was make one circle around the car and ask my mother to sign. I was like "you want to open it so we can see inside?" Very rude and curt. I recommend the Hertz on Sahara near the DMV. The lady there was super helpful and nice. Wish I remembered her name.
