WIsh I could give negative stars! They have changed their budget plan billing system, now it is designed to make it as difficult as possible for their customers to enroll in the budget plan. I have to make two phone calls and pay my bill in full in order to enroll, whereas previously it was just a matter of paying the budget amount listed on the invoice. This is not a company that cares about their customers, they care only about their bottom line. Also I got a very bad phone service representative when I made the first call, she was surly and unpleasant in her tone and choice of words.
