I honestly have hardly any complaints about this place- it's a self-serve/full-service hybrid I guess. The attendants direct you into the wash station and use brushes to wash the front of your car and the back. The automatic wash does the rest. Then you have plenty of vacuum stations to clean your interior. I like that it's rarely super crowded- I've never had an issue finding a vacuum station. Also I get the el-cheapo wash so I'm only spending $7 when I come here. Once or twice I've been here and noticed a sign that the mat shampoo machine was broken, but that never bothered me because I simply vacuum my mats and keep it moving. All in all, this place absolutely gets the job done. They have a loyal customer here!
