Horrible customer service! I would've given a zero if it was possible. I brought someone who was new to Arizona and spoke highly about Sanctuary and Jade Bar however, was utterly disappointed on this visit.
We were ignored in the bar area by all servers who literally were serving guests in front of us and to the side of us . We were trying to make eye contact but was totally snubbed. One of the bus boys actually stopped and gave me a menu. We waited patiently for 15 minutes to get the attention of a server not only did they ignore us, we ordered at the bar and honestly we could have walked out without paying. Just very disappointing experience. And honestly, if you were not blonde nor older, you weren't served nor greeted.
