My boyfriend and I have spent thousands of dollars at 3 Guys and Eyetique (their sister store) on glasses and contacts over the last 2 years. Never again! They advertise complementary repairs so I brought in my Burberry glasses this afternoon for what I thought would be a quick fix. The lady at the front desk did not even bother looking at my glasses! She said the repair would be a liability. Then she said they were "out of glue"...so which is it? Then she offered to order me a replacement part for $80 when my glasses could be easily repaired! Lying to customers and false promoting to get customers into the store to sale to is not good for your business, I can promise you that! I will never spend another dime at your business!
