Not worth it. Go to Nordstrom's if you want service, or go online if you want to save money on a nice suit. Tailor's are easy to find and the salespeople make the experience uncomfortable. As a young professional, I bought two suits a year ago with the hopes of being a lifetime customer. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to its name. Also, the lifetime warranty for alterations is not worth the $1,000's you spend. I recently took a suit in because the stitching kept coming apart (for the second time). I was rejected because it had wrinkles from being in my car. They told me I needed to have it dry cleaned and then bring it back. Sure enough, I looked at the warranty and they require it to be dry cleaned before alterations due to a vague "Health Canada" stipulation. First, I don't believe that excuse. Second, it's an excuse. I paid a lot of money for a suit, a $4 dry cleaning should be part of the service. Best of luck Harry Rosen.
