I went to Dr. Timpton for the first time last year. The location was terrific and the people kind and respectful with a warm environment. But, Dr. Timpton recommend that I replaced ALL of my fillings (those fillings that have been with me since childhood) and started to schedule me for several appointments after confirming my insurance would pay. When I asked why my fillings should be replaced, he said not to worry that insurance pays for it. I have moved four times in my life and NONE of my dentists (including my new dentist) recommended replacing my fillings. Just because insurance will pay for a procedure does not mean someone should have the procedure.
