We recently had a wasp problem at our house on our back porch. We had Truly Nolan come out to give us a quote, then went through a long sales pitch, and tried to sell us $220 initially then with follow ups throughout the year. We then heard about Allgon, who said they'd come get rid of the wasps for $85. We thought this was great, and they came out same day on Saturday. The technician was very nice, and sprayed some powder in the hole where the wasps were, and that was it. He said that would do the trick. There were still a few wasps flying around, but he said they'd now go somewhere else and make a new home, so we'd be fine. Well sure enough, they moved and made a new home... but the new home was about 5 feet over from the original. I called to let them know that one week later the wasps were back. They insisted these were "new" wasps, and were going to charge us another $85 service fee to come out! ridiculous! We should have just gone with Truly Nolan in the first place, as they guarantee their work, and probably would have done it right. Very disappointed with this company that seemed so great at first.
