I have used Lin-Air on multiple occasions. They came out to check a system that was not cooling in a home I had just purchased. Just turned out to be low refrigerant problem, and has functioned well for almost two years since. Also inquired about some of the newest hi-tech equipment thermostats. They actually investigated for me (even updating me after they attended a seminar on the equipment) and gave me honest advice that the equipment was probably not ready for prime time yet. Bottom line is that they have provided me with timely, honest, and reasonably priced service. I will use them whenever I need HVAC services.
