My wife and I were looking to trade in our 2012 Nissan Armada while it still had trade value on it. We shared with him what we were looking for and he gave us our options and we were on our way with a brand new 2016 Chevy Suburban. He even let us take it home to ensure that it fit in our garage. As soon as we confirmed that it fit in our garage, we knew that this is what we wanted to leave the lot with. After the usual negotiations we were satisfied with and a great appraisal on our Armada, we then worked with Mike in finance and the professionalism was continued there with him. He listened, worked with us and became an instant member of our family. A very down to earth, no "beat around the bush" finance agent whom we were glad we worked the deal with. Then we worked with Paul in going over the technology side of the vehicle whom was very knowledgeable and professional of his craft and explained all the features in a language that we could relate to. We must mention that as all these steps were being taken that Nikilaus always checked up on us and made sure that we were being taken care of. We left there satisfied with the purchase deal but most of all we were satisfied with the professional family oriented atmosphere that Gateway presented us through these great individuals mentioned.
