As the four stars say--"Yah! I'm a fan." It was a good, fast experience. I was there 20 minutes, tried on four bras, and bought two. It was so much easier than shopping online or at box stores where you are mostly on your own. I noticed that a lot of reviews spoke of the owner, a man named Art, fitting them. A lady fitted me, and I didn't see anyone else in the store. As the other reviews say, it's in a bit of a seedy neighborhood, but I was comfortable inside the establishment. I paid $60 for one bra and $70 for the other. It's not that the bras are different than what you'd get at a box store, it's the customer service. I appreciated having someone really look at what I was wearing and say, "That fits well." or "This is too loose. I'll be back with another one." It might be helpful to research bra fitting before you go if you've never been fitted. I found the following article helpful and I'm sure there are many more blogs, articles, and opinions to learn from. http://apracticalwedding.com/2013/04/find-bras-that-fit/
