Not that impressed so far. Estimator came out on 12-19-12 and gave me a work description. Told me to call to set up an appointment to have the work done, but that they wouldnt get to it til after the holidays. And I would need to put half down before they did any work and pay the balance when the job was done. That works. About 2 days later I get a call saying that someone will be at my house to do the work the next day. Um, what about the whole after-the-holidays-half-down-first business? I called and talked to someone who said they wanted to get it done before the 40% chance of rain on Monday. Um, OK. I said I still needed to get another quote or 2 and would call back if I needed them to actually do the work. Today, 1-3-12, my daughter texts me to say that the roofers were there but they didnt know what I wanted them to do. HUH? Dont call me, I will call you. Not that they have done anything wrong (yet) but it just seems shady. I will update if more happens and/or if I actually use them to repair my roof.
