I've been coming to this clinic for my 2 dogs for a while now; and while the vets are wonderful here, my review today is more about the staff at the front desk. A simple acknowledgement would go a long way. How disappointing is it, to stand awkwardly in the lobby while NO ONE would look up from their computers! I signed in and just stood there and waited for SOMEONE...ANYONE to just say "hello" or "we'll be with you shortly." Customer service is just as important as the level of care our pets receive.
