Old Republic sent them to look at my leaking water heater, which had a slow leak. The water heater is in my garage, so it gets hot in there. When Jason came out, he could see that there was water damage and soft drywall but said that because there was no water the claim would be denied. He didn't seem to grasp the concept that drywall absorbs water, and water evaporates in the hot Arizona climate. Four hours later, there is standing water under my water heater from the leak, and their phone message says to call their emergency line, but they fail to give that number. Beginning to wonder how they are licensed and still in business. If your home warranty company sends this company, refuse and ask for another. This company claims to be "Proving Integrity", but the only thing they are proving is incompetence.
