Employees are hit or miss--some are super friendly, and some you can tell die a little inside when they see a customer walk through the door...that said, the buttons on the four different beds I've been in never work properly. Super annoying trying to figure out what each one is for only to end up tanning in super hot silence because the fans and audio features don't work. My husband and I both have the most expensive package, so at $90/mo each, you'd think we could get beds with buttons or music that works :/
