Blo can be nice, but the results are too inconsistent. I found Blo last year, and just stopped in for a style. I have very, very thick wavy hair and was skeptical that they could handle it in under an hour, but I was blown away (haha) by the speed and style. I went back two more times, with my 3rd trip the absolute best. The problem here is that there is relatively high turnover among staff. If you find someone you like and can continue to see them, great. Unfortunately my favorite stylists left and my most recent 3 visits have been mediocre. My hair looked as if I dried it at home myself. Not bad for $30 or $40 when you are in a rush/feeling lazy, but there is something about leaving a salon with head-turning hair that should be part of every experience. I might go back if I'm in a real rush, but I've found it to be too inconsistent and so I'm going to check out similar salons.
