Sooo initially I was told it'd be 15 minutes for my to go order over the phone....try 45 minutes with no apologies! I visited 7 years ago and had great food and service. So disappointed to experience all this and on a Sunday. There was no street parking so I was forced to tip the valet at holiday for the pickup... best thing there is cornbread which reheats quite nice
