I had the chicken wings for appetizer and the El Gaucho Verde burger with the impossible patty and added mushrooms and pico de Gallo. The wings came with a bunch of french fries, but they smothered the wings and fries in the hot sauce and ranch dressing. I don't like ranch on my wings and all of the hot sauce/ranch sauce made the french fries soggy instead of crispy and I wouldn't dip my fries in ranch let alone smother them in it. The burger came out and it was quite a mess. The patty was falling apart when lifting it up to take a bite. The burger had so much sauce from the tomato juices and the aoli that it was dripping with sauce. The sauce overpowered any other flavors and turned it into a mess that canceled out the flavors. The patty was thin, maybe a 1/4" thick, so I was disappointed that it wasn't a bit heartier of a patty. I think BRGR has good potential as their burgers on the menu have interesting flavor combinations, but I was disappointed in this experience and much preferred Burgatory. I would want to try it again to see if I get a better burger next time
