My fiancé bought me a ring from here. We had to have it sized and when we got it back they polished the finish off, and for some reason didn't refinish it. It didn't even look like our ring!!
We were told they could just re-add the finish, so we left it again for more work. Again we got it back and this time it looked better, but still had problems with the finishing. We now have a brand new ring (which was never worn) that looks like it was used. Poor poor poor craftsmanship done here. Lost our confidence to ever consider future business with Kay. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
