I'm a physical therapist and I highly recommend this gym for all ages, all fitness levels. I recently broke my leg and they modified my workout and still made it challenging and effective. This gym is unlike any other. It is truly a Las Vegas gem. Not run by big corporation, Reinier and Carrie are the kindest, sweetest couple who are genuine and just want the best for all their clients. Workouts are geared for your level of fitness which I like because I never feel I can't do something. Trainers are constantly adjusting form and technique to prevent injury and for you to get the best out of your workout. Just try it, you'll be hooked. I look forward to go workout now.
