Had a small issue with a leaky toilet tank that was getting worse by the day. Tried 2 different plumbers, one that was highly rated on Homestars.com but never responded to calls or emails and the second that set a day and time and then did not show up even though I took a day off work. Then I checked out Yelp, saw F1 and contacted Daniel. He set up a convenient time to show up, gave me a quote through email and the amount of time it would take. He showed up on time, did the work in the allotted time and it cost no more than the quote. Perfect! I'll definitely be using him and his company for larger jobs.
