I don't go to hardware stores often, but when I do I find this Rona location has some good staff. I've been a few times to buy small paver bricks to aid in the landscaping of my backyard.
When you enter the store, you notice a popcorn machine, with a bag you can fill and free to all customers.
This isn't one of those great big Home Depot's, or Lowes it's a small scaled down version.
They have an order desk straight ahead of the main entrance, that's where you tell the guys/gals what you need ie: bricks, 2X4's, whatever wood related etc. They print off an invoice and you take it to a cashier, pay, then pick it up around the corner on the north side of the building.
All the staff working are friendly and good to deal with.
I'll definitely be back, when in need of some outdoor stuff.
