When moving to a new city, I ask friends, colleagues and strangers who does their hair when I like what I see. I book my first appointment after hearing a stylist's name three times. That happened in less than a week when moving to Scottsdale.
Three years later and I still look forward to my next visit with Fritz the very day after my last. When I see his number on my phone, calling to confirm, I go into a small state of panic that for some reason he cannot see me the next day. Not a rational thought as he has not once changed my scheduled appointment since we met.
Fritz is truly a perfectionist. Every client I have seen is runway ready when they leave his chair. Departing with a look they can easily maintain on their own until their coveted appointment rolls around once again.
